Columbia house will not contact you about returns or credits. I was billed several times for shipments I didn't receive or sent back. The company doesn't want to talk to you. If you get a error in billing your name will go to the credit bureaus for non-payment, Not an honest company!!!! I refuse to pay for something I did not receive.
