2. "DON"T GO THERE!!!!!!!" Submitted on February 14, 2007

I subscribed for a year and recieved 4 good movies after that more than 50% would not play properly When I cancelled they ignored me for two months then I called HQ 1-561-697-8325. Then they refunded 1/3 of my payment. These people and their service are horrible. DON"T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Great selection of Movies, If you ever get them.

I subscribed in January now it's Feb. I got the 2 movie a month plan. My first movie shipped from the East coast (ME)in 2 weeks,good movie. Second movie took about ten day from Texas I think, it came cracked. Well so much for 2 movies a month it's not goin to happen. If I could get 2 movies it would be a great service, but these movies are shipping from across the Universe, thus taking ages to get to me in Pudunk KaLifoRnia. I hope they read this and Improve as I think they have other selections not available on Netf.. and Bloc..

Great dissapointment for now.....2b continued.....

6. "Don't waste your money on this service" Submitted on June 30, 2006

Terrible!!! Long delays to ship out movies. Now they are shipping me 1 movie at a time, when I am contracted for 3. They lose an awful lot of movies. They claimed I had 1 out for 6 months, when I had sent it back 2 days after recieving. They won't let you cancel or give a refund. For some reason, the mail returning to them must be the worst mail delivery on earth. They are cheap, and you don't get wwhat you pay for. Thanks to Intelliflix, I have become a regular at my local Blockbuster. I'm going back to Netflix, a much better value & service, although they ALL seem to be slowing down deliveries to frequent renters deliberately.

7. "Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!" Submitted on June 22, 2006

I have contacted Intelliflix over 40 times through e-mail and phone calls and they refuse to have a manager call me regarding shipping issues. There own employee told me the have a two day title assignment system. That means after they receive your dvd they have up to two days to assign a new one. I find that hard to believe the average turn around time I have experienced is 7 days per title. They consider this acceptable by there term. I recommend that if you are frustrated you call them through there corporate office and e-mail them daily. You can also e-mail the President Danny Carrao through the media link on there page. You should also e-mail NBC New York through the link on Intelliflix home page to let them know how poor the service is.

1. You don't get the movies and or games that are ranked high in your list, instead you get the movies that are are about your 20th choice.
2. They say "we don't make it difficult to cancel, like other companies" That is a lie. Whenever you don't see a phone number for customer service you can anticipapte problems. I have been trying to cancel for almost one month and I keep getting the same "canned" responses.

9. "Cannot get out. It is like a cult." Submitted on May 20, 2006

I have tried to get out of this awful cult at least five times. I even have my credit card company on the case. When I send a request to get out of the cult the only send back a pre set comment from the FAQ page. I cannot find a phone number to call and be placed on hold anywhere. Please save your money and the hassle and stay away from Intelliflix.

10. "Horrible customer service" Submitted on May 18, 2006

This is the worst dvd mail order company I have ever delt with. Horrible customer service. The titles are never available (they must only have one dvd of each title) it takes several more days to receive the title in comparison to netflix. They charge you for the full year up front (I should have known that it was a scam) netflix charges monthly so they know they have to give good customer service. Don't wast your time with this service. i am going back to netflix.
