The idea of having a site for both games and movies was quite appealing to my family. However, after using the Gamez n Flix service for a few months, I have quit! Nothing was ever available, the selection was very poor and the overall site design, navigation, and ease of use of POOR!!!
My last game was returned to them on July 30th, and I had yet to receive the next item in queue, and it is Sept 2nd. I just quit, and glad that I did.

used them for 8 months changed the home page gane queue format and nothing was available for rental. had a friend sign up at one point, got myself a free motnh but didnt get any games becase nothing in my queue was available according to thE site.
what was once a decent game rental is now rubBish, joined GAMEFLY AND NO PROBLEMS GETTIN THE GAMES I WANT.

My plan is as many movies or games I want but only 3 at a time. 2 MONTHS AND ONLY 1 GANE AND 1 MOVIE SHIPPED OUT TO ME. 1 PER MONTH. NO UPDATES ON THEIR SELECTION. 2 MONTHS AND STILL THE SAME TITLES. hAVE A SELLECTION OF 11 MOVIES AND GAMES, ALL OF THEM FROM THE SHORT WAIT OR READY TO SHIP SECTION. NOW, I LET THE PEOPLE TO THINK BY THEMSELVES ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. BLU-RAY MOVIES, ONLY LIKE 12 TO 15 MOVIES.
I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTMENT ABOUT THEIR SERVICE AND COMPANY. "ENJOY" !?

I left Gameznflix because I was very unhappy with their service. After three problems in a row and very poor customer service I cancelled my account. I was sent a broken game, a wrong game, and a wrong movie. In order to get replacements you have to send the old ones back then wait for them to send you out new ones. They have very slow shipping and turn around times. I experienced on average at least a 4 to 5 day wait for new items to get back to me. In my opinion this service is a waste of money.
